Brittany Mahomes' brutal physical makeover convinces daughter Sterling to 'copy' her tough workout

With football season behind him, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes isn't the only one in his household making gains this offseason.

It's become a full-on family affair at the Mahomes home gym - and this time, four-year-old Sterling Mahomes is stepping into the spotlight.

Patrick and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, have both been embracing the grind this offseason, and their kids are clearly taking notes.

Brittany, who has maintained an active lifestyle since her college and pro soccer days, has been documenting their fitness routine - with plenty of family cameos.

Their young daughter Sterling is the latest to the action, proving that being part of a champion family means learning the ropes early.

In videos shared by Brittany, Sterling can be seen crushing her mini treill session - complete with the post-cardio exhaustion to show for it.

After getting her heart rate up, she moved on to what appeared to be a mini bench press where, according to Brittany, she was multitasking her muscle groups impressively.

"She impressed mom by doing legs and chest all at the same time," the post noted. "It looks like dad was behind her the whole time spotting as well."

Even their younger son Bronze got involved, running around during the workout. Brittany also joked that their youngest, baby Golden, was probably just stretching out and preparing for nap time after his own bit of movement.

Brittany brings her athletic background into motherhood

It's no surprise that fitness is such a central part of the Mahomes family dynamic.

Brittany Mahomes had a standout soccer career at the University of Texas at Tyler, even setting scoring records before she briefly went pro in Iceland.

Her ion for athletics didn't stop when her playing career did - she transitioned into fitness coaching and is now co-owner of the Kansas City Current, a National Women's Soccer League team.
